Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or using any services provided by BroBrick Construction Ltd ("BroBrick", "we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using our website at brobrick.net, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
BroBrick Construction Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17095785, incorporated on 16 March 2026. Our registered office is at Stuart Court, Nether Street, London, England, N3 1JP.
We are a professional construction company serving residential and commercial clients across London, specialising in brickwork, stonework, house extensions, home renovations, driveway installation, and general construction works.
2. Services
BroBrick provides the following services (the "Services"):

Brickwork & Stonework — new builds, repairs, pointing, feature walls, and stonework

House Extensions — single and double storey extensions, rear and side returns

Home Renovations — full interior and exterior renovation works

Driveway Installation — block paving, tarmac, concrete, and resin driveways

General Construction — groundworks, structural works, and building projects
The full scope of each project will be confirmed in writing prior to work commencing.
3. Quotes & Bookings
3.1 All quotes provided by BroBrick are free of charge and based on information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry.
3.2 Quotes are estimates only. Where the scope of work changes on-site due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., structural issues, hidden groundwork, additional materials), BroBrick will notify the client before proceeding with any additional work.
3.3 A site visit or survey may be required before a final quote can be issued for larger projects.
3.4 A booking is confirmed only when BroBrick has acknowledged your request in writing via email or a signed service agreement.
3.5 BroBrick reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are agreed upon before work commences and will be provided as either a fixed quote or estimated rate, depending on the nature of the project.
4.2 For larger projects, BroBrick may require a deposit prior to work commencing, the amount of which will be stated clearly in your quote.
4.3 Stage payments may be agreed for long-duration projects, with each payment tied to a defined milestone.
4.4 Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the agreed works unless otherwise stated in writing.
4.5 Late or non-payment may result in interest charges and/or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
4.6 All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UK law.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify BroBrick as early as possible by calling +44 7404 657108 or emailing info@brobrick.co.uk.
5.2 Cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to charges covering labour, materials ordered, and any preparatory work already completed.
5.3 Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels after materials have been ordered or work has begun.
5.4 BroBrick reserves the right to reschedule start dates due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or supply delays. We will provide as much notice as possible in such cases.
6. Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about the work required and any known site hazards

Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed times

Ensure the work area is cleared of obstructions prior to work commencing

Obtain any necessary planning permissions or building regulation approvals before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing with BroBrick

Notify BroBrick of any pre-existing structural conditions, underground services, or previous works that may affect the project

Not interfere with work in progress
BroBrick accepts no liability for delays or defects caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Planning Permission & Building Regulations
7.1 It is the client's responsibility to obtain all necessary planning permissions and building regulation approvals unless BroBrick has explicitly agreed in writing to manage this process on your behalf.
7.2 BroBrick will carry out all works in compliance with applicable UK building regulations and standards.
7.3 Where building regulation sign-off is required, BroBrick will cooperate fully with inspectors and provide all necessary documentation.
7.4 BroBrick accepts no liability for delays or costs arising from a client's failure to secure required permissions before works commence.
8. Workmanship Guarantee
8.1 All work is carried out by qualified tradespeople to a professional standard.
8.3 guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or alterations

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing defects or conditions not disclosed prior to works commencing

Weather-related deterioration beyond reasonable expectations
8.4 Manufacturer warranties on materials and products supplied by BroBrick are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.
9. Liability
9.1 BroBrick carries full public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.
9.2 BroBrick shall not be liable for:

Damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed before work commenced

Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., loss of income, temporary accommodation costs, business interruption)

Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, supply chain disruption, or third-party failures
9.3 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the work undertaken under the relevant project agreement.
10. Subcontractors
BroBrick may engage trusted specialist subcontractors (e.g., electricians, structural engineers, scaffolders) to carry out specific elements of a project. All subcontractors used by BroBrick are vetted professionals. BroBrick remains responsible for the overall quality and delivery of the project.
11. Waste & Site Clearance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BroBrick will remove construction waste and leave the site in a clean and safe condition upon project completion. Skip hire or specialist waste disposal, where required, will be discussed and agreed with the client in advance.
12. Website Use

12.2 Prices, availability, and project timelines displayed on the website are indicative only and subject to confirmation following a formal quote.
12.3 BroBrick does not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
12.4 Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
13. Privacy & Data

14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
